Ferdium wraps WhatsApp Web, Slack, Teams, Gmail, Telegram, Messenger, and 100+ other services into a single tabbed app with unified notifications, per-service muting, and workspaces. For freelancers juggling client channels across platforms, it turns six pinned browser tabs into one organized window. It’s the community fork that outlived Franz’s business model and Ferdi’s stall.

Everything inside is still just the web version of each service — so features missing from a service’s web app stay missing, and one Electron shell hosting many heavy webapps eats RAM accordingly (expect gigabytes with many services active). Occasional service breakage happens when providers change their web apps, usually patched quickly by the community.
